The Account Manager is responsible for managing, strengthening, and growing relationships with Dovetail's strategic business partners, and is responsible for key client relationships on the account. Working closely with the Dovetail clinical team, the Account Manager is accountable for the delivery of unparalleled customer service to our business partners. He/she works collaboratively across the company with clinical leadership and care coordination to ensure that the team is executing effectively on the necessary tasks for successful operations. The Account Manager also leads and manages the implementation project plan for new clients to ensure that the program is rolled out in a timely manner.

The IT Systems Engineer will be responsible for the day to day operation of the technology, process, infrastructure and related equipment contained within the Dovetail network. Specifically, the equipment this individual would be working with daily would include but not be limited to PC's, laptops, servers, printers, switches, routers and appliances. This engineer will use his/her experience and education to ensure a consistent, scalable and high quality product to our user community, in both local and remote scenarios.
Special Projects Intern/Spring 2012 - Needham, MA
As the Dovetail Special Projects intern, the individual will have the ability to interact with senior level people at an innovative start-up company and be exposed to the work that goes into changing healthcare. The special project work could include tasks such as conducting patient satisfaction survey, reviewing data reports, interacting with our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, organizing educational, helping with data clean-up, document migration, and training asset creation (including recording screen capture video).
